PROJECT 9
Project 9 consists of 9 one-bedroom
units and 1 two -bedroom unit for singles housing. Also
rent-geared-to-income, it was built in 1960 in the Boyle Street
Community and acquired in April 1, 1997 with funds bequeathed to EICHS
by the Estate of Dr. Robert A. Clarke. It was upgraded according
to the Safe Housing Committees new fire standard. It is managed
with the Rent Supplement Program.
