PROJECT 8Project 8 consists of 20 bachelor units
for singles that are also rent-geared-to-income, similar to Projects 3
and 4, although units are smaller. It is located in the Boyle
Street area and was developed under the Non -Profit Housing Program with
the very last social housing monies available from the Federal
Government. It was opened February 1, 1995 at the same time as
Project 7. The mortgage is held by CMHC. |
