PROJECT 2Project 2 is located in the inner city area. It is a 10 suite-rental rooming house, which tenants, volunteer and paid workers helped renovate. Upgrading included wiring, plumbing, kitchen and bathroom facilities, as well as fire and safety standards. It was opened in July 1986. It was purchased and renovated with fundraised monies and a mortgage from Oblate Fathers of Mary Immaculate. In 1999/2000 major repairs and renovations of the building took place in order to extend the life of the building.
