Other EICHS Activities 

  1. Development of new housing . Click here to see a list of our current projects.

  2. Advocacy on behalf of the homeless and inadequately housed .

  3. Active participation in The Edmonton Coalition on Homelessness, The Urban Core Support Network (a national network of community based inner city organizations), and The Canadian Housing and Renewal Association .

  4. Collaboration with the Inner City Agencies Foundation to increase awareness about inner city issues and to raise funds to support numerous inner city services and programs.

  5. Initiator of the Edmonton Housing Trust Fund.

  6. Referrals to other housing agencies

  7. Provision of information on housing issues, policies, and programs to other agencies, governments, and media.
