EICHS HOUSING

We currently have 14 housing projects.  Our housing ranges from housekeeping units and bachelor suites to five bedroom family units and wheelchair adapted units.  We have townhouses, duplexes, fourplexes, rooming houses, and walkup apartments.  The projects include both new and renovated buildings.

  • The McCauley community has 4 singles projects and 2 family projects.
  • The Boyle Street community has 2 family projects and 2 singles projects.
  • The Norwood/Alberta Avenue communities have 3 family projects.
  • The Eastwood community has 1 family project.

All are designed and managed to blend in with the neighbourhood.
